FAQ This page tries to address some of the common questions we deal with to do with either our services or local cars or businesses etc. Do you offer servicing/Repairs? We do not offer these services ourselves directly as they might be a conflict of interest with our primary services, which deal with identifying faults. We are sometimes requested to help people locate suitable service centres however and we may offer translation services for our customers. We also offer repairs and servicing through our fleet management services. Do you offer fleet management services? We can offer fleet management services. Contact A.C. for information and quotes. Do you sell cars? We do not sell cars as this might cause bias when searching for the best vehicles for our customers. We prefer not to source cars from the limited confines of a single forecourt and so we source cars from any number of places to offer our customers the greatest range of opportunities through one service. Can you help me sell my car? We may certainly consider your car if it is in reasonable enough condition and fits our criteria to forward to a client for consideration. You can send us a description of your vhicle and price. We will contact you if we have a buyer interested, but will insist on inspecting it before forwarding to anyone interested. Does your sourcing service really pay for itself? It is very common for our service to end up more than covering its own cost by negotiations with dealers through our sourcing service, and indeed we can often receive a discount for our customers as being part of the motor vehicle trade. We are also familiar with many dealers who are willing to offer us larger discounts than to perhaps many members of the public. We can offer no guarantees however that we will always find the lowest priced vehicle on the market. Can you help me negotiate a price? We can negotiate with dealers when we are operating by ourselves to locate vehicles, which we are sourcing for our clients under the vehicle sourcing service. In these cases we are picking the vehicles which we desire to learn more about and so we are free to negotiate, considering the criteria set forth by our clients. Do you offer any warranties or guarantees with your services? We do offer a satisfaction, money back guarantee with our sourcing service. Clients unsatisfied with any part of the service may always ask for a refund unless we have performed checking services which the customer is satisfied with and has given permission to carry out, but for reasons unatributed to the sourcing service decides to cancel the service. In a case such as this then only the checking portion of the fee is collected. Are there any areas of the island you do not offer services? We will always try our best to offer our services where and when we can, but of course will sometimes be restricted according to distance, cost and practicality. Pricing quotations may vary depending on these factors, but discounts may be offered for multiple services required. Do you offer discounts? A.C.'s prices are found on the 'Booking' page of the site. Discounts can be negotiated for multiple services. Discounts for single inspections or sourcing requests may not often be offered however.
