Coastal routes can be very twisty at times and a vehicle with suitable suspension and good brakes makes driving these routes much more comfortable than some loftier vehicles. The twisty roads, coupled with height restrictions on many underground parking facilities in the city, should again make one think twice before looking into something perhaps too tall to fit into these restricted areas.
